Frequently Asked Questions
Where do I park?
​
The block right in front of the salon is pay parking and has a 3 hour maximum time limit.
The parking app "ParkedIn" is a great option if you don't want to fight with the machine or worry about running out to add more time.
There is also free parking on Main St. (past Dufferin Ave) and on Dufferin Ave. (between Main St and 9th St) if you don't mind walking a block or two.

Can I call the salon to book or to talk to you?
​
My business is completely separate from the salon! It's best to contact me directly through email at helenpantelihair@gmail.com or by text through the appointment app (the number that sends appointment confirmations and reminders).
What are your prices?​

Click here to see my service menu and pricing. Colour appointments are booked in time blocks and the ones listed are for maintaining a colour that we have already done together.
For new clients or for returning clients planning a change, or with extra thick/ long hair, or if it's been over 6 months, we may need to book the next colour block to give us enough time to achieve your hair goals.

I am always happy to give you a price quote ahead of time or to let you know what can be done if you have a specific budget.
What forms of payment do you accept?

I accept cash, e-transfer, debit, all major credit cards, apple pay, and google pay.
Salon Policies
Late Arrival
I appreciate if you are a few minutes early so that we can start on time. If you are more than 10 minutes late, we may have to alter the services I am able to provide that day or I may ask you to reschedule if I don't feel I can give you my best service in the time we have remaining.
Cancellation Policy

Your appointment is very important to me and the time scheduled is held specifically for you. Please give me as much notice as possible if you need to cancel or reschedule your time with me. I require a minimum of 48 hours notice. Changes can be made online from the link in your confirmation text/ email. You will need to contact me directly (helenpantelihair@gmail.com) if it is within 48 hours.

A rebooking fee of 50% of the service scheduled will be due before another appointment can be made should you cancel after the required time. I will wave the fee if I am able to fill the spot.
​
No show with no contact will incur 100% rebooking fee.

Adjustment Policy
​
If you are having challenges with your cut or colour, don't hesitate to let me know. Contact me within 7 days and I will be happy to make adjustments at no extra charge.
Product Replacement
​
If you are having trouble using a product you have purchased, please let me know within 2 weeks. I would love to trouble shoot with you to see if you need some tips on how to use it. If that doesn't work, I will exchange it for something that will work better for you.
